At MBE, we have implemented several programs to ensure our training is allowing MBE team members to grow. We have an Onboarding Program that ensures all new MBE team members feel welcome and provides the same initial experience as other team members. The Onboarding Program includes a library of videos, featuring tutorials with instruction on our software programs, which are available to watch again anytime. The second program you would experience is the New Hire Development Program. The New Hire Development Program ensures new MBE team members have guidance for learning and growth opportunities during their first 180 days. In addition to the Onboarding and New Hire Development Programs, we also have a Mentoring Program which allows MBE team members to flourish under the guidance of another MBE team member who has been in a similar stage in their career.
Furthermore, we have training videos, several How To’s, internal CPE, and external CPE courses available. MBE invests in our team members. We train our team members at a level that allows them to grow in their profession.
